SOFAR has been included in the BloombergNEF (BNEF) Energy Storage Tier 1 list for the third quarter of 2026, following its inclusion in the previous quarter.

Published on July 31, the 3Q 2026 list assesses energy storage manufacturers based on bankability as evidenced by project deployment. It draws on BNEF's database of 24,512 energy storage projects worldwide as of July 2026.

Under the 3Q 2026 methodology, a brand must have supplied, or been firmly contracted to supply, products to at least six eligible third-party projects within the previous two years. Each project must be at least 10MW or 10MWh, whichever is higher. The tiering system is not a ranking and does not replace comprehensive due diligence in product or project selection.

SOFAR's inclusion for two consecutive quarters reflects its continued participation in the global energy storage market. The company will continue advancing its energy storage solutions and supporting customers and partners worldwide through the energy transition.
